Subcontractors

David Brooks Enterprises is proud of its excellent working relationships within the subcontractor community. Recognizing that a significant percentage of the project work performed is put in place by subcontractors, the success of the contractor is directly related to the success of the subcontractors. Qualified subcontractor participation as part of the DBE team is highly valued. We work to continue to develop quality relationships with subcontractors and partners. Those interested in becoming part of our subcontractor team should complete our pre-qualification form and fax it back to us.

The prequalification process is designed to provide detailed information on your project experience, current work load, licenses, insurance coverage, bonding capacity, and personnel. This process results in the continual introduction to our estimators and project managers of new subcontractors. Approved subcontractors are entered into our internal construction industry database, and issued invitations to bid future projects.

All of our subcontractors expected to provide: meticulous attention to the highest standards of safety, timely information, work quality, efficient scheduling, fair pricing and supportive communications.  Subcontractors can always expect fair and equitable treatment, relationships based on respect, integrity and honesty, commitment to success and a team atmosphere, at David Brooks Enterprises.
